WhappScan is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users' data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data Sovereignty
All user data is stored and processed exclusively within the European Union (AWS Region: eu-north-1, Stockholm).
Privacy by Design
We do not store original documents. Extracted data is encrypted with AES-256 and automatically deleted after 1 year. No credit card is required for the free trial.
Our GDPR Commitment
- ✓Right to Access: Users can view all their extracted data through the WhappScan dashboard at any time.
- ✓Right to be Forgotten: Users can request the deletion of their account and all associated data by contacting us.
- ✓Data Portability: Extracted data can be exported in JSON format for use in other systems.
- ✓Security: We implement state-of-the-art encryption and security protocols to prevent data breaches.
