Data the delivery note converter extracts
The header of the note and every line of goods:
- Delivery note number
- Delivery date
- Supplier
- Customer
- Order reference (PO number), when printed
- Every line: reference, description, quantity and unit
Check goods received against the order and the invoice
A delivery note is only useful if someone compares it with what was ordered and with what gets invoiced. Typed by hand, that comparison rarely happens. With the lines in a spreadsheet, a lookup against the purchase order shows missing or short-delivered items in seconds.
It works with the notes that actually reach a warehouse: printed notes signed by the driver, photos taken at the loading bay and PDFs from a supplier portal. There's no template per supplier; each layout is read as it comes.

Frequently asked questions
Is this delivery note converter free?
Yes. You can extract documents without an account — up to 2 pages per document and 3 documents a day. To export several documents as one Excel or CSV file, create a free account with 20 pages a month; no card needed.
Can I forward delivery notes by email?
Yes, with a free account. Each account has its own email address: forward delivery notes to it, or give it to your suppliers and set up a forwarding rule in your inbox. Every PDF or image attached is processed automatically and shows up in your account, just like documents sent by WhatsApp or uploaded.
What about handwritten corrections on the note?
Printed fields and lines are read reliably. A quantity crossed out and rewritten by hand is harder and may come back with a lower confidence score, so check those lines.
Does it work with delivery notes in other languages?
Yes — a Lieferschein, a bon de livraison, an albarán or a DDT. The AI reads the document instead of a fixed layout.
Does it reconcile the delivery note with the purchase order?
No. It extracts both documents into the same columns, so the reconciliation becomes a spreadsheet lookup instead of a manual comparison — but the match itself is yours.
What happens to the files I upload?
The file is deleted from our servers as soon as extraction finishes, and the extracted data is deleted automatically after 30 days.
How many lines can it read?
The free tool processes up to 2 pages per document. Longer notes can be processed in an account.
Booking in deliveries every day?
