The requested delivery date and the PO number are their own fields, so they can be checked against the delivery note and the invoice later in the process.

Yes, with a free account. Each account has its own email address: forward purchase orders to it, or give it to your suppliers and set up a forwarding rule in your inbox. Every PDF or image attached is processed automatically and shows up in your account, just like documents sent by WhatsApp or uploaded.
Can I import the result into my ERP?
Yes: export it as Excel or CSV and use your ERP's import. On paid plans the same data is also available through the WhappScan API.
Does it work with orders in other languages?
Yes. The AI reads the document instead of a fixed layout, so a Bestellung, a bon de commande or an ordine d'acquisto all work.
Does it work with scanned orders and photos?
Yes. Text PDFs, scanned PDFs, JPG and PNG all work, as long as the text is in focus.
What happens to the files I upload?
The file is deleted from our servers as soon as extraction finishes, and the extracted data is deleted automatically after 30 days.
How many lines can it read?
