From receipt photos to an expense report
Receipts are the documents that go missing: in a wallet, in the car, as a photo in someone's chat. Photograph them when they happen, process them with the same template and export the whole month as one Excel or CSV sheet.
Not every receipt prints the tax or the payment method. When a value isn't on the receipt, the field comes back empty instead of invented — an empty cell you can see is better than a wrong number in a tax return.

Can I forward receipts by email?
Yes, with a free account. Each account has its own email address: forward receipts to it, or give it to your suppliers and set up a forwarding rule in your inbox. Every PDF or image attached is processed automatically and shows up in your account, just like documents sent by WhatsApp or uploaded.
Does it work with faded thermal receipts?
Faded thermal paper is the hardest case. If the print is barely legible the confidence score drops and some fields may come back empty. Photograph receipts early, flat and in good light.
Does it read receipts from other countries?
Yes. It reads the receipt rather than a fixed layout, so receipts in other languages and currencies work. Amounts come back as plain numbers.
Can I export a month of receipts at once?
Yes, with a free account: select the receipts you've processed and download them as a single Excel or CSV file, one row per receipt.
What happens to the files I upload?
The file is deleted from our servers as soon as extraction finishes, and the extracted data is deleted automatically after 30 days.
