The validity date is its own column, so you can see which offers expire before you decide. Subtotal and tax are separate fields, so quotes with and without tax are compared on the same basis.

Is this quote converter free?

Can I forward quotes by email?
Yes, with a free account. Each account has its own email address: forward quotes to it, or give it to your suppliers and set up a forwarding rule in your inbox. Every PDF or image attached is processed automatically and shows up in your account, just like documents sent by WhatsApp or uploaded.
Does it extract the lines of the quote?
The free tool extracts the header and the totals. In an account your template can include the lines as a table, so each item of the quote comes back as a row.
What if the quotes are in different currencies?
Amounts come back as plain numbers, as printed. WhappScan doesn't convert currencies, so compare quotes in the same currency or convert them in the sheet.
Does it work with scanned quotes and photos?
Yes. Text PDFs, scanned PDFs, JPG and PNG all work, as long as the text is in focus.
What happens to the files I upload?
The file is deleted from our servers as soon as extraction finishes, and the extracted data is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Can it remind me when a quote expires?
No. It extracts the validity date as a column so you can sort by it, but it doesn't send reminders.
