What it extracts from each document

Seven ready-made templates. Each returns its fields as columns, not as a block of text you then have to split by hand.

• Invoice: invoice number, issue date, supplier, supplier tax ID, VAT amount and total
• Receipt: merchant, date, total, tax and payment method
• Delivery note and purchase order: the header plus every line (reference, description, quantity…)
• Quote: number, validity date, supplier, subtotal, tax and total
• ID card or passport: full name, document number, date of birth, expiry date and nationality
• Business card: name, job title, company, phone, email and website
• Takes PDFs and photos: JPG and PNG work as well as a scan, up to 2 pages per document

What you get

The data appears as a field-and-value table as soon as extraction finishes, usually in under ten seconds. You can see it without creating an account.

Taking it with you needs a free account: from there it exports to Excel, CSV or JSON, or leaves through the API into your accounting software or CRM. You can also send documents over WhatsApp instead of uploading them here.
