Supplier invoices to Excel, in bulk

How it works

1. 1. Send the invoices

   Each account has its own email address. Forward supplier invoices to it as they arrive, or give it to your suppliers as the address to send them to. You can also send photos from WhatsApp, or upload several PDFs at once from the browser.

2. 2. Each invoice is read

   Digital PDFs, scans and phone photos all work. When one PDF holds several invoices, it is split and each invoice is read on its own, so a PDF with 12 invoices gives you 12 rows. An invoice that runs over several pages stays as one.

3. 3. Download one spreadsheet

   In the history, use “Download the month” to get every invoice of a period in one Excel file, or select the invoices you need and download them as Excel or CSV.

What each row contains

The invoice template reads these fields from every invoice:

• Invoice number
• Issue date
• Supplier name
• Supplier VAT number
• VAT amount
• Total amount

You can add your own columns to the template, such as a purchase order number or a cost centre.

Each line of the invoice (description, quantity, unit price and amount) is read too, and "Download the month" puts the lines on a second sheet.

What it costs

You pay per page, not per user. One invoice page is one credit.

Prices exclude VAT. Yearly billing costs 10 months. For a busy month there are one-off packs from €5 for 100 pages. A page we cannot read at all is not charged (up to 5 a month).
