What it extracts from each card
One row per card, with these columns:
- Full name and job title
- Company, using the full legal name when the card prints it
- Every phone number on the card, without labels
- Email and website
- Cards in any language and layout, dark backgrounds included
- Several cards per photo or scan, in reading order
One page, one credit, however many cards
Lay 6 to 10 cards on the scanner glass or on a table and take one photo. The whole sheet is one page, so it costs one credit whether it holds one card or ten, and each card still comes out as its own row.
Download the result as Excel or CSV. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Google Contacts all import a CSV with one contact per row, so the cards go from the pile to your CRM without typing.

Is it free?
Yes. Without an account you can process up to 3 documents a day of up to 2 pages each. A free account gives you 20 pages a month and Excel export, with no card. A sheet with several cards counts as one page.
How many cards can I put on one page?
As many as fit and stay readable, typically 6 to 10 on an A4 scan. They don't need to be aligned; slightly crooked cards and mixed designs work.
Can I import the contacts into my CRM?
Yes. Download the result as a CSV or Excel file with one contact per row and import it into HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive or Google Contacts.
Can I send the cards from my phone?
Yes, with a free account: photograph the cards and send the photo by WhatsApp, Telegram or email to your own WhappScan address. Each photo appears in your account with its contacts extracted.
Does it read cards in other languages?
Yes. It reads cards in any Latin-script language and keeps accents and special characters as printed.
What happens to my scans?
The file is deleted as soon as the extraction finishes, and the extracted data is deleted automatically after 30 days. You can try the sample sheet first if you prefer.
