1. Introduction

Welcome to WhappScan. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. WhappScan is a SaaS platform provided by WhappScan, located at Elenis Palaiologinas, 13, CHRISTIAN RESIDENCE, Flat/Office 205, 6045, Larnaca, Cyprus.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

WhappScan provides an automated data extraction service via WhatsApp and web interface. We use AI technologies (AWS Bedrock) to process documents and extract information as configured by the user.

3. User Accounts

To use WhappScan, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of WhappScan is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. We process data in the EU (AWS eu-north-1 region).

We do not store the original documents sent to the bot after processing. We only store the extracted data in an encrypted format for a period of 1 year to allow user consultation.

5. Payments and Refunds

WhappScan uses a credit-based system. We offer a free trial consisting of 20 credits upon registration, which does not require a credit card or any payment method.

Subsequent credits or subscription plans are processed via Stripe. All fees for paid services are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

WhappScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
